WhatsApp, introduced by Meta, offers two unused changes to its web adaptation. These changes include a modern chat sharing page and an updated emoji board. The update is currently available to some beta analysts and will be rolled out to more customers in the coming days.
The chat sharing page has been completely redesigned to be more compact, and each target has been marked for less demanding traffic. On the other hand, the emoji board has also been changed. It already provides full screen, but now it is displayed separately and at a lower price, next to stickers and GIF tags.
WhatsApp aims to improve customer experience by updating its interface. In the past, they have released two updates for native Windows apps. One update allows customers to delete messages, and another updates the message menu, including the reply menu.
The Message Storage feature allows customers to prevent certain messages from being lost. This feature is available in various applications and Desktop Electron adaptations of WhatsApp. Customers can select the 'save' option in the message menu to save individual messages. This message will be recorded on the chat information screen for easy access. Whenever possible, customers control which messages they keep or let disappear using the "hold" option.
Another modern option would be a button to send a quick reply. The updated menu now includes a responsive interface, improving and simplifying the customer interface
to respond specifically to the message.
